Eligio is the market leader in Belgium in the field of outsourcing of reception and office services. Our 300 employees, having a permanent employment, work with great enthusiasm on a daily basis for our customers, medium and large companies spread across Belgium and active in various sectors.
For one of our clients based in Zaventem, we are seeking a professional receptionist to ensure high-quality front desk operations.
Your duties will include the following:
· Welcoming visitors
· Telephone handling and front desk support
· Replenishing supplies: coffee, milk, cups, water, etc.
· Handling incoming emails
· Sending international and domestic shipments
· Managing parking space reservations
· Ordering office supplies, beverages, taxis and catering
· Managing and booking meeting rooms
· Assisting with the organisation of events
· Booking trains, hotels and restaurants
· Distributing and handling incoming mail and registered deliveries
You will work From Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00 h with 30’ lunch break (40 h/week schedule)
Profiel
We are looking for a new colleague who has the following competencies:
· very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of French and Dutch
· fluent in the use of common MS Office tools
